ANN SYMONDS, Director
Ann has been advising clients on business and employment related immigration issues for over twenty years, during which time she established and ran immigration teams for Arthur Andersen and DLA (now DLA Piper). Ann advises organisations across a broad range of market sectors on all aspects of UK business immigration. She also advises multi-national organisations on global immigration policy, strategy and management as well as general issues concerning the movement of personnel around the world. She is a regular speaker at international immigration and relocation conferences.

Ann established ASG Immigration in January 2002.







MATTHEW AMOILS, Director
Matthew studied law in South Africa and was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court in 1996. He has pursued his career in South Africa, the US and the UK, handling a variety of legal matters, and was admitted as a Solicitor in the UK in 2003*. Matthew has advised clients on immigration matters since 1997, including one and a half years specialising in US immigration within one of the leading immigration practices in the US. Other than immigration law, Matthew's great passions are middle distance running and showjumping. He is also fluent in Afrikaans. Matthew was appointed a director of ASG in April 2006.







MARCIA LONGDON, Associate
Marcia has been advising clients on various areas of immigration since 1998, including advocacy before immigration judges. She qualified as a Solicitor in 2001* and is accredited as a Senior Caseworker and Supervisor by the Legal Services Commission and The Law Society. She has also practised in the area of human rights law and worked as an Intern in the US, dealing mainly with capital punishment cases.







DANIEL PARISI, Associate
Daniel has been advising clients on US Immigration Law issues since 2003. He earned his Juris Doctor degree at New York Law School and is admitted to practise US law as a member of the Bar of the State of New York. Upon graduating from law school, Daniel was named Best Advocate of his class, and was inducted into the National Order of the Barrister (US) in recognition of his written and oral advocacy skills. He has lectured on US immigration law issues and has co-authored articles for the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Daniel is a US citizen; however, he spent a significant portion of his university education in Spain and France, where he became proficient in both Spanish and French.







ANDREW TINGLEY, Associate
Andrew obtained a degree in Government and a Masters degree in Western European Politics prior to studying law and being called to the Bar in October 2006**. His career has been interesting and varied, including a number of years as an Immigration Officer as well as time spent working in New Zealand advising on UK and New Zealand immigration. He now advises on all aspects of UK business and personal immigration and is able to advocate on behalf of clients at the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal. He is a keen traveller and has spent time living in both Australia and New Zealand.







ILDA DE SOUSA, Associate
Ilda is a South African qualified attorney and British qualified solicitor*. She advises on all aspects of business and personal immigration, with an emphasis on Work Permits, the Highly Skilled Migrant Programme and EEA regulations. She is also fluent in Portuguese and Afrikaans.







CAMERON STONE, International Specialist
Cameron spent five years with the Department of Immigration and Citizenship in Australia before relocating to the UK and joining ASG. He has a post-graduate qualification in international business and has studied and worked in China, where he became fluent in Mandarin. Cameron advises on Australian immigration, with a focus on business and skilled visas, and is currently working towards qualifying as an Australian registered migration agent. Cameron also advises on entry into China for business purposes, as well as business visas for Asian and European countries.
