In many cases the process starts with a consultation (which might be a few minutes
on the telephone or a longer meeting) to establish immigration objectives,
potential immigration categories and whether or not you are eligible and can meet
the relevant criteria. Once a strategy is planned, we can advise on the process
and timings, prepare applications, advise on supporting documentation and liaise
with the relevant authorities on your behalf. Overall we aim to ensure that you
are fully briefed on the process and that any application submitted is of the
highest quality, enabling it to be considered in the shortest
possible time. We also aim to remove much of the stress and confusion which can
be associated with making an immigration application. Initial telephone assessments
are usually free (assuming they're relatively brief) but we do charge a fee where a full
consultation is necessary. Where we subsequently proceed with an application,
we will usually quote a fixed or capped fee in advance and any consultation fee
already paid will often be credited towards this. Our charges are completely
transparent and you will be made fully aware of our fees and any relevant government
charges, other disbursements and sales taxes (VAT) before proceeding, so there are never
any nasty surprises when you receive the bill!
